Anyone has experience taking swimming lessons with Swimin12? I read good reviews on the net about their teaching method. I am thinking of signing for full module, but their fees are quite expensive ler. I am willing to spend if it is really worth it though.

Heya,
Not sure this is the right place to ask, but have you guys experienced dizziness after swimming ~50m front crawl >.<?

I kinda google-d and results shows potential cause.
1. breathing (lack of oxygen etc).
2. "turning" too much while alternating between each stroke.

Anyone with similar experience to share? Any fix?

thx.. any idea why my goggles get blur easily after only used for a few times..  hmm.gif

It's not always wear n tear only. It's moisture n heat inside your goggles too. Cheap way to counter it is colgate. Dry the insides of your goggles. Then apply colgate on the inside of your goggles. Leave for abt 5 mins, then rinse off properly. Do not touch your lenses after u do this. Reapply each time before u swim

I'm planning to take adult swimming course at Chin Woo Stadium, anyone learned swimming from there? Mind sharing your experience while taking the course, is it good or bad.... is the coach good at teaching, tolerance towards his students ...?

are you learning at DSA? mind feedback?

I need to buy some Speedo/TYR gears, anyone know where to get discount item of them?
Need a silicon cap, swimming bag and swimming trunks..

Lost all my swimming gear last 2 weekends ago..

I used to frequent bukit jalil too, now I am suspending my gym membership to concentrate on swimming.

Will try KJ one day since I work in Jalan 225..

i just bought TYR goggle last week. as for cap,is better to get a speedo cap, the quality is better compared to others, but it may be very tight. no comment for bag. As for swimming trunk, it depends how frequent u swim. Majority the swimming trunk is the same but if u want a good 1, u can try Yokee (it is very hard to get this brand unless u have friend in the waterpolo team) . i got mine last 5 years when i was in the polo team and im still using it now smile.gif
