 Installation error!, PLS HELP~~

I've check all my comp specs and my comp should be able to run the highesest setting without a prob.

So what is this error that came up when i press the button AGREE to install? I even try with my C drive, D drive and external drive but all same error

Buy from cyber cafe. The cd key work, and the box,sticker is clean w/o a sign that has been opened b4. Why?

u using 32bit software install in 64bit?

hmmm can care to check what windows and what version are you using? it can be check via right clicking the My Computer and click on Properties.

you can use windows update to update your current windows operation to the latest version.

maybe you should try update your graphic driver? in the official forum have some similar complains on this that mostly solved after updating their graphics drivers
