QUOTE(chicky86 @ Jul 29 2012, 10:01 AM) guys.. i found out that the left side of the tab heats up pretty high when im using 3g data.. is this normal?? Happened to me once. The screen really heat up. My main suspect is one of the games my kids forgot to properly close. So eventhough on standby or doing other things like surfing, the game still running on the background.. can even feel the heat on the screen.. |

QUOTE(un_id @ Sep 12 2012, 07:54 PM) People already using jellybean, now this device just got official update? No offense, but not everybody has the means to jump shipped to the latest gadgets with the latest flavor etc. Personally for my daily needs, i have no serious issues with Honeycomb and now with ICS its even better even if it's a little to late. If sammy decide to stop at ICS, so be it. Most phone/tabs got 'outdated' in 1 year anyway, and i'm not throwing away my money just to enjoy the latest features. But that's just me. I understand gadget freaks out there probably have diff. opinions. For now - long battery life, great screen, super smooth transition - i'm all smile doing my daily thingy with this baby And jellybean soon to be replaced with a newer version, so how this device will cope? Firmware will stop at ICS only? |

Not sure if it's related to the link above, but i did update to ICS via OTA while on HC. No problem until a couple of days later it kept on freezing irregularly. Did a factory reset/wipe data (while still on the ICS) and now everything is fine. But i do have to keep a look out for apps installed from now on since 1 or 2 app i installed makes the tab freeze for no reason (not optimize for ICS i guess), but back to normal once i uninstall them.
