Tried Memo and I personally find it to be very much inferior compared to Tab 7.7.
1) battery life is very poor
2) running on ICS but was still not smooth enough (even in performance mode). You can realise this especially when running games.
3) MeMic is a good device but connecting via bluetooth 24/7 depletes the battery very fast and it was also buggy at times (no sound or gets disconnected and unable to connect back).
4) Loudspeaker quality is awful. Can hardly hear the Memo ringing.
5) I don't know the purpose of stylus. I couldn't use it for any apps that I tried.
6) charging the device is a nightmare. You can't use the device while charging, otherwise the battery level will remain or decrease.

Probably, I've got a buggy unit because I had several other problems too :
1) one vertical area of the touch screen area was just not responding.
2) MeMic was not charging to its full bar (only charges up to 2 bar out of 3 and it continuously charge until there is no end).

I immediately changed the device and got a Tab 7.7. Much happier now. However, I still like the MeMic device. It is cool.

Is anyone facing heat problem at the back of the device (at the sim card side) when surfing webetc?

I am connected via wifi. Earlier i thought it is because of my sim card where it is using 3G but after removing the sim, i still have the same issue.

Anyone has any advice? or experience u care to share?

Could just be any problem related to hardware - overheat, battery, the port, the charger or USB cable.

In phones that the battery is removable, the sign goes away once you take out the battery and insert it again after 15-20 seconds (if you are lucky).

If your phone still has a warranty, better to get it checked.
