I'm asking my agent to apply unlimited 512kbps package for me but the agent had make mistake and turn my package to student 88 hour package only.

I would like to ask that can i upgrade my package to either 512kbps or 1Mbps package?? The current 88 hour totally no sufficient for me.

I had tell the agent about the case but the agent dont know do anything. I also got send a feedback to TmNet but also not yet get response.
Do the contract will tide me from upgrade??

huh!?!??!?! no other way???? because i dont know my package is 88hours one....
The agent dont know do anything.. just finish the job then runaway.

I had ask at clicker and they say they can only help me to do upgrade after 3 month... aiks....
