Hmm, people are reporting at Blizzard's forum about losing gold and items.

Still no clear indication whether they are merely losing their login credentials to keyloggers of phishing site, or there's an exploit on Blizzard's end that allows the hackers to access anyone's account.

May have something to do with gold sellers suddenly selling golds by the 100k

Tip for those who level slow or have time constraints: Act III Final Boss run

Take the quest, rush to the boss and kill it. Initiate the next part and go to Act IV for free EXP/gold. Whole thing may take under 5 minutes.
