How is the item looting works?, in multiplayer

In multiplayer, if something nice dropped, is it the first one that click (loot) it take it? Even it is an item that is use less by his class?

No, you get your own loot table. Meaning what you pick will only be seen by you. So no more KS loot!

you can pass the loot to your friend via trade or drop the loot on the floor.

im sure for those who have played it a while would notice other players running around for nothing... when u looked the same to them --> collecting their own loot...
