i saw in Queensbay those selling it are Switch, Harvey Norman and SenQ
Any problems occurred?
cause i plan to buy one soon

Hi bro, dun buy from switch. u will be having problem exchange 1 to 1 if the newly open set got scratch or problem.
if u dun mind the hassle of complaining here and there to get exchange 1 to 1, then u can try to get it from switch......

Then where you got yours?
where should i get it then?
Which place can get 1 to 1 exchange?

At first I tot that buying from switch is the best bcs they are selling apple's product only plus they are premium reseller.
However, it is not true based on my previous encountered buying it from switch.
Based on the post over here, it seems tat only harvey Norman n courts allow one to one exchange within seven days.
FYI, all the switch is under the same main company so the policy will be the same for different switch stall

bought it from switch @ sunway carnival. to prevent 1 to 1 exchange make sure you check thoroughly before taking your ipad out of the shop

I brought from senq at jusco bandar perda,got warranty extension option up to 4 year.
But my iPad got dent, not bring for checking warranty still there or void.

asked the promoter in SenQ queensbay, they force you to take up the warranty extension package costs RM200++, dun think that's neccessary.
however, i bought from Seng Heng Bukit Jambul, no need pay extra for that warranty extension package

So ur iPad got how many yearn warranty total?

Most of the iPads are problem free

the yellow tint issue is a temporary thing only

after jailbreaking it you can install color profiler and change the yellow tone to cool iPad 2 alike colors

its not hardware defect, just ppl used to cool colors and they changed from cool to warm color ppl thinks they got a defected unit

just don't worry too much and buy and enjoy the iPad

you can go to switch at Gurney to buy or Seng Heng at Gurney also can buy

Added on May 25, 2012, 10:28 pmnot sure, didn't ask ..should have asked this when i bought the new ipad.
but i did check the 'dead pixel' on the spot, and it's OK.
but when i went home and checked the light leakage at nite, found some light leakages at the screen edge.
but i don't bother with it as i can hardly notice the light bleeding in normal use, unless i use the ipad at full brightness with black color background.

Erm, it is just beside (1st exit) of the 1st roundabout from the gate with the huge USM letter....what serial number u mean? Its switch serial number...can claim warranty in any switch outlet....
