I find farming the AH for upgrades is the best

But seriously, weapons and gear from 51 onwards take a big jump in stats. Spending between 2-5k gold gets some really good upgrades especially if you're still using level 40+ gear. I even bought some cheap legendaries at lvl 56 (2H axe which i used for just 1 level ) and 57 from my barbarian for less than 20k. Don't be afraid of spending money, if it means you'll die less (and conversely spend less on repairs) and spend more time pew pewing!

I'm also very happy with how my barbarian is progressing in hell, just took down Grom last night and that was cake. Have about 31k HP and 9k damage (13k buffed) and I'm finding that it's quite easy for me to 1 shot a lot of the mobs and also to take on the elites in act 3 without dying.

Not really, i found a good 1-H wand (260dps) yesterday for a little over 40k gold, with about 180 int. To me that is quite reasonable price. I sell mine around the same price, i probably have 1 or 2 weapon around 100-200 dps. Look me up if you need it, sell it to you cheap.

Seriously, prices for hell level gear are not insane. Like i mentioned above most of the stuff i have is less than 5k gold although nowadays i can afford up to 10k and 20k. edit: for example bought cheap (level 56) 400+dps 2h axe at less than 20k

dude, seriously? need to check on AH summore. if any of you guys have any gear to offer for a wiz on my level 54, do let me know. i could buy some for you if the price is quite reasonable. seldom checking on the AH nowadays

these elite with minion shield (hell mode) is killing me... i feel so squashyyy

Lvl 60 at 37k DPS with DH SS now. Can pass Hell easily but still weak for inferno.

If your weapon is less than 100 DPS, i think i have a wand at 110-130 DPS (forgot exactly) which is sitting around rotting away. Can probably sell you for dirt cheap. Add me, my battle tag is Silpheed#1337

mm that dps is really low. You might consider boosting up your dps first or find a friend to help you in co-op. I doubt you can solo

I just also enter inferno act 1..my noob monk can stand a few hits from Elite. But if combine attack, arcane, waller etc sure die after a few hits..

guess need to farm more for better gear and gold

u guys can try searching at AH weapon with reduce lvl (min 12 so lvl 46++ can use it) ...it will boost your dps alot...hehe..

now my wiz lvl 54 full eq with reduce lvl eq...got 17k dps buffed and 5k armor buffed..i think enough for hell..im still in act 1 hell...heheh

i wonder how much u spend for your full eq ?? i have 3.6k dps only at lvl 52 so far...zzz

Over the weekend I reached Act 3 Hell. Now my wizzie is level 58, another 2 XP bars to hit level 59. Yosh!

Wah....! I'm stuck at Rakanoth in Act IV Nightmare. He hit me 2 times and I KO terus! T.T

My DH is level 50 with 12k health and 3k DPS but cannot seem to take Rakanoth down. How to deal with him? He seems to teleport to me and after 2 hits, I die ady and never can take off more than half his life before I die.

For me if i see those elites which @#&$% abilities, i cabut (portal back to other place) leave game. reselect/restart game. spend 30k for repairing after killing those mobs are not very wise, they don't promise you a gears you want even tho 90% drops is yellow one.

mid level 30-50 = 15000 gold
high level 50-60 = 15000 and above.
