putra perdana, if u know who is the major developer there, u will says no no.

Saujana putra or bandar saujana putra? Last time, Taman Putra Perdana was in my wish list. But after going to that place and looking at the quality of the house, i change my mind. End up buying a house in bandar saujana putra.

i know putra perdana developer before talam.. got problem before now i think it ok, what i know only apartment have problem water always cut by syabas.. but price still make me want to buy la.. other place price to much still can afford plus near to putrajaya or cyberjaya easy acces no toll.. but inside road little bit teruk la.. but crime or other think i dont know other forumer give input if know something.. planning to buy la cottage end of this year

what is de current price for la cottage? wat is the build up size? and how many years left since i believe this is leasehold?

Currently there are alot of development there..so lots of lorries going in and out.. lots of African too

price from 235k for 2 storey 18x65 and for 2.5 storey price 370k built up 2955.

Another murder today...computer engineer robbed and murdered in Putra Perdana.

i went to la cottage 2 years ago..at that time i was offered 180k..but when i went there.,oh god the built up was so small..hv to spent bout at least 70k to renovate front n back..plus i dunt favor the design..end up buying a hse at desa saujana@bandar saujana putra ..

Try bandar saujana putra. My friend bought a subsale 20x65 double storey link for about 240k 6 months ago. I doubt price hike that fast..U may consider.

Yup. The house is quite small. Worst is that d project is x talam project. So many defects.. better buy saujana putra. But the price the already high. Double story near 300k already.

just went "la cottage" today, price 290-300k....unit quiet small..mmm....went "bandar saujan putra" before as well when they 1st do launching...still can't make decision haihhhhhh~~~

better avoid for la cottage coz this projects abandon for a long time under talam corp until state gov decided to finish the units if i not mistake around 2011 owner get the key from state MB...

We even walk into actual house...coz got 1unit renovating...small n quality so so only...but price damn tempting >.<

you need to take into consideration of the house size as well.
if its too small, later you'll end up regret buying that property.

Went there.quite small and the design is not good

need to find a house for own stay, working in cyber. saw mudah ads, la cottage sells for 350k++ which is acceptable for house near cyber. the other surrounding give take cost 500k++.

IMO, build up area very small. so small. u need to go there & view it by yourself.
