What kind of drawings to be submitted when doing D.O. submission ?

I know BP (Building Plan) submission, which require,
eg. for bungalow need;
Key Plan, Location Plan, Site Plan, all Floors Plan, 4 Elevations, 2 Sections, Sanitary & Plumbing Layout Plan & Diagramatic Layout.

But How about D.O. submission? What is require ?
Any difference with BP submission ?

Thanks.

DO-Development Order.
LCP-Laporan Cadangan Pemajuan or KM-Kebenaran Merancang

from what i hearsay, DO is required as prove of approval from the relevant authorities to grant you permission to build the proposed development.
DO would require the following among others;
landscaping input, on-site detention (for rainwater) plans, architectural layout & drawings, perspective, and of course KM or LCP report. some might require EIA input too.
good luck!

that comes in much earlier for the architect to work on lah. else the architect wouldn't know where is the boundary also.

Wow, seems it need a lot more things to submit than the Building Plan submission.

When you say "architectural layout & drawings", is it same like the Building Plan submission ?
Once D.O. submission done, that's mean we can use back the same & change the title only for Building Plan submission ?

What is EIA input ?

do drawings usually are more preliminary compared to BP drawings. BP drawings requires more details and planning.
EIA is environment impact analysis report.
some even required additional dependent on the actual site.
