2. Boot Lamp does not on when i open the lit. manufacturer fault or there's any button to activate it?

3. The "lock" system for steering does not operate after i pull off the key, there's no feeling of "lock" when i turn the steering slightly, or am i doing the wrong thing?

75 bucksĀ  blink.gif quite cheap actually. As long as didn't cut any wires, your warranty should be fine.

Bonnet where? you mean the front bonnet or the bootlid?
*
i didnt know wat they did.. haha. drill a small hole below my steering..

front bonnet..its water..not oil..now stil dripping a little...wats tat? aircond water? sad.gif

Drill a small hole?
For install auto brake lock?
For a push switch?

If true, assume the ABL module yu fitted is of the "universal" type. Correct?
If true, there's a possibility wires were cut...hv 2chk where the module is installed to confirm so.

Anyway if true, IINM only the alarm sys warranty is void...? tongue.gif

Added on May 30, 2012, 4:50 pmps. OEM ABL uses the existing Reset Alarm Button to UNlock the doors. Not need a separate switch.
*
the button to push to unlock all doors to let the passengers down..
ya universal type guess..they install at the boot (left hand side where a box of circuit is located too)

i think they cut some wires..oh no...void warranty??

is water leakage common due to condensation? panic shocking.gif shocking.gif

Yup, red-coloured (usually) button switch.
And yup, that's where the car alarm module is...LHS of boot.
Not2worry too much re alarm warranty. Ori alarm sys quite cheap IINM. tongue.gif

Water dripping down?
Front of car?
Somewhere behind drive shaft on yr right?

Not2worry...that's water from aircon cooling coils.
Normal. thumbup.gif
