Hi there, the actual way of getting rid of the swirls is by proper polishing job. FYI, waxing's main purpose is to create a sacrificial layer for the paintwork, so that it'll temporarily protects from environmental damages. As time goes by, the sacrificial layer will get thinner and eventually wears off. I'm pretty sure that most ppl out there will mention that waxing can cure this prob that prob and bla bla....but you'll have to know that these sort of waxes contain fillers & some cleaning abrasives. Thus, you'll often see ppl mentioning that swirl marks re-appears after a couple of car washes (provided they used the proper technique & tools of washing a car) which is mainly due to the worn out fillers. Thus, a regular waxing session is a good way to take care of your paintwork. smile.gif

Back to the proper polishing job, the polisher should have the knowledge of understanding the characteristics of paint job as well as the combo of products to be used for tackling the swirls. Which of course, they are many ppl out there in the market are using the polish fillers (it is part of the polishing chemical; but contains a filling agent which aids to produce flawless finish at initial stage). There are also some reputable detailers / polishers whom has the proper way of dealing the swirls too. Goodluck in finding a reputable detailer !!

Should you have any doubts / inquiries, feel free to drop me a PM. smile.gif
