As we know, Diablo 3 features RMAH (Real-Money Auction House) which allows player to sell their items using the Auction House for real cash, here's the rule of doing so :

1) You must have a battle.net name tag. (Battle.net account management)
2) You must enable Battle.net SMS-protect. (Battle.net account management - security)
3) You must have paypal registered and verified. (Need a credit/debit card or sign up with the RHB Bank)

And every items that are sold in the RMAH will have their profit deducted.

- 1USD will be taken out of the total sale if the item sold is an equipment.
- For commodities such as crafting materials, gems, gold, and other “stackable” items, a 15% transaction fee will be deducted from the total sale price.
- Another 15% will be deducted if you're transfering the profit you've gain from battle.net to Paypal. (Cash on battle.net may be use to purchase blizzard games, montly subcriptions, etc..)

Source - Battle.net
In the end, the profit you've made will be about half the amount you actually sold for.

Discussion on this thread will only be about RMAH and all other tradings that includes real money. Give out your thoughts here.

Regarding Manual Trade.

- Just like the old ways, the trading has always been so easy and there's no profit deduction, but beware of scammers! Trade at your own risk

- You may post items or amount of gold that you wishes to sell here including the price to be traded with real cash.
Please include -

1) Your server
2) Your Battle Tag. (Mine is Ryper#1208)
3) The Screenshot of the item.

The money will be transferred to your RHB bank when you cash it out, for further or alternatives, just check out paypal website.

Before you go on, I think you might have made a mistake here. Blizzard will charge you 1USD for any item sold, OR 15% of the profit on items such as potions, materials etc. Its not 1USD AND 15%.

I've made some correction there, but for equipment, it really is 1USD+ 15%

In the real-money auction-house, for equipment such as weapons and armor, a fixed transaction fee will be deducted from the seller for each piece of equipment successfully sold. This fee is assessed only if the item is sold. For commodities such as crafting materials, gems, gold, and other “stackable” items, a 15% transaction fee will be deducted from the total sale price.

If you sell equipment, you're going to be charged 1USD for the transaction fee. There is no 15% on top of that. In the event that you decide to withdraw money to PayPal, then yes, you will get charged again.

Thanks a lot for the correction.
