Best Support, no doubt - Dell, HP, Lenovo ... All these got option for onsite support NBD ........ Option means, when you buy/add-on warranty, open eye big big, there are multiple types of warranty, some onsite some no, so dont blame ppl if you dont make it clear when you do your purchase, esp if you buy from fair, you must enquire in DETAIL. Sometimes unit with "sales" come with carry in warranty, means u need to go their center no on-site ...... Ask ask ask and read read read ...

Of cuz, the more you want, on-site la, fast response la, etc etc, the more u have to pay ...
Choose the one suit your budget/need =D
