Had best service from HP Melaka
laptop use till overheat and off components burn, though warranty has over and opened up myself to check, damaged the keyboard.

After that realized still got 1 week away from warranty, sent to warranty shop.
Despite being very obvious that I opened the laptop myself before, the technician still fixed my laptop by changing a new motherboard, help me adjust back my damaged keyboard and do the cleaning.

Even though I dislike the quality (I had a toshiba laptop with similar price range yet serve me better without problem), the service quality is very good
