Warranty support service, if you are in Klang Valley, should go to the IBM centre at BU (better service than the one at LYP smile.gif )Thanks.
Lenovo also offer on site service (but not standard, need to upgrade).
You can extend warranty service through Lenovo resellers, don't need to contact Lenovo Malaysia.
However, Lenovo extended warranty only applicable to certain models, and have to go through Lenovo official distributors/resellers.
