dunno, but I think the NT-1 Alex or F-91 had very little chance of getting RG treatment

there are a lot of criteria considered for the kit to be released, and popularity/ranking is undeniably one of the deciding factor as well. of course they wouldn't have wanted to release a kit that will only attract a small group of fans right?

that's one of the solution, although it's gonna be tricky. can't recall if there are runners that shared parts, but separating the decals gonna be quite troublesome

I doubt F91 and Alex will enter the RG line in the near future since it not that well know especially seeing Bandai pick "safe" MS for their RG lineup for the time being. Unicorn have a higher chance that those two but i bet they will not included the MG transformation and sell both mode separately like the HG ones.

every era/series has their own charm, and it's all about personal preferences. I admit UC designs are awesome, but other series does have some good looking ones, too

nowadays it's all about the flashy designs, while UC is more to military style

don't get me wrong, they have somewhat interesting looking designs, just that the simplicity gets to me.. i don't get much a gundam feel from that series

the scale is relative lah. being 1/144 doesn't mean it'll be small enough to fit your palm, it's just 1/144 from its actual fictional size. you want smaller (and cheaper) Dendrobium then you might wanna consider this:

dude. that one is HG Mechanics 1/550th scale. the size is similar to your average MGs.

the huge one is HGUC 1/144, and the box looks like this:

economic but u get your money's worth still, so no worries there

haha, i know its not about money.. but i personally think even though the boxes seem smaller, you still get what u paid for that's it

Both look awesome, i like the orbital color which make sense since it fight in space anyway.

Also just find out that GB Designer color have become Bandai online shop exclusive but look different than the image above. 


HG Age-3 Normal have been out for quite some time ago while the orbital will be release in august. Also it don't need a stand if you want as seen here


It been announced for quite some time since the the reveal of the HG orbital in hobby show but i can't remember when it stated for it release but on the other hand, there not even a news of HG Khronos.
