i found a similiar found.. Normande Lt Bt. Just the "A" is different with the one u can try it out. If u wan the font just for the "Arwana" maybe u can use the "rwana" for the font i suggest and re-draw the "A".

sometimes, the font simply cant install even it the windows fonts..
