Hi bro, both cards r good. But 6800XT is using DDR but 7300GT is using DDR3, n with 1.4ns fast response time. So, if u wan 2 compare, 7300GT has better performance.

The main difference are those bolded n marked red:

1. Type of RAM - DDR3 & DDR2
2. Response time - 1.2ns, 1.4ns, 2.8ns
3. Type fan cooling fan - Zalman fan & Galaxy fan
All 3 cards r good, it depends on ur own requirement/choice n budget. I recommend the first 2 cards using DDR3 RAM having response time of 1.2-1.4ns n with Zalman fan.
