i believe things are getting a little out of hand here.

just to get everyone back to the topic, the major concern for most ppl in mont kiara is the mass production of condominiums which is causing oversupplied.

although the sales are there, lots of ppl that have bought are investors hoping to gain a profit from a flip, which leads to vacant units.

many family owed units are moving out to landed properties as well. in my opinion is due to the soaring asking price, which then again leads to vacant units.

it is those vacant units that are causing the poor condition of the units, because they are not well-maintained.

i may be wrong, but i would be delighted to hear from your point of view.

OC (Occupation Certificate) or CF (Certificate of Fitness).

Official certification that the property/building is safe for habitation, usually people will move into the property after this cert has been issued.

I think the Danai, which comprises of 2 towers, are applying for separate CCC for each building.

I'm wondering whether the 1st tower has obtained it's certificate?

I get out of my place Jalan Kiara 5 every morning at 815 to get to my office at Jalan Raja Laut just before 9. I don't even dare to use the Jalan Kiara 1- Publika - Jalan Kuching anymore.. I use Hartamas - Sprint - Pusat Sains Negara - Damansara Heights - Jalan Semantan - Jalan Duta - Jalan Parliament then to Jalan Raja Laut.

Coming back, I take jalan Kuching - Segambut roundabout - pass Hoki Stadium on to NKVE for a very short distance to get onto Penchala for a short distance again then to Hartamas pass Vivaldi and back to Jalan Kiara 5 or Jalan Parliament - Duta - NKVE - Penchala - Hartamas - Vivaldi - Jalan Kiara 5.
