FYI, there are still quite a number of unsold unit from some developers at Mont Kiara, some even give quite a bug discount. The sales are not that good anymore in this area as compare to last few years.

Traffic in Mont Kiara can be very bad during the start and end of classes for the international schools. Introduction of new traffic light in front of 1 Mont Kiara Mall make the situation worst.

I think the CCC is coming soon. I heard they conquas assessment is on end this month.

I get out of my place Jalan Kiara 5 every morning at 815 to get to my office at Jalan Raja Laut just before 9. I don't even dare to use the Jalan Kiara 1- Publika - Jalan Kuching anymore.. Coming back, I take jalan Kuching - Segambut roundabout - pass Hoki Stadium on to NKVE for a very short distance to get onto Penchala for a short distance again then to Hartamas pass Vivaldi and back to Jalan Kiara 5 or Jalan Parliament - Duta - NKVE - Penchala - Hartamas - Vivaldi - Jalan Kiara 5.

Not that bad to reach Jalan Raja Laut within an hour at this peak hour.
