Minimum profit of RM400K because of the 30% discount..

Eg.

RM2.2M - 30% discount = RM1.54M

After completion/handover, you can easily sell the unit at RM1.98M which is same as launching price(10% discount), kindly take note this calculation is for current situation without factor in appreciation after 1.5years. Panel banks value this development at RM2.2-2.3M.

If you don't want flip, u can rent out the unit between RM9k-RM13k(base on current nearby market)

Yes, it's half way built, block A..not forget to mention, launching price is only 8-10% discount. Even their latest block B launching at 10% discount.
