Hi, is there anyone here playing Diablo 3 with any proxy program and getting much better/lower latency in-game?

I am now on 400-500+ms playing without proxy, just tried with lagless & battleping also getting 400-500+ms (no different at all playing with or without proxy)

Appreciate anyone of you here can suggest or advise.

how much does ultima proxy lower the ping?

you can alway try yourself we provide trial acct .

i tested using sg server 2xx ms ping

test all our server . cause latency is depend on your location and isp.

my best server maybe not same with your.

Diablo 3 ASIA Server is hosted in Korea.

ultima proxy does not work for unifi vip5 and the proxifier configure for diablo3 is wrong.. how can you confirm it when it is wrong ? did u try it b4 ?

from other games, the usual way to test is to close the application of the proxy

for instance, lagless = putty then the d3 will automatic disconnect from server. meaning the setting no problem.

usually this works for WoW and other games.

im using lagless now, seems to help on unifi vip5 as my ping is about 100+ms to US server and my bar is always green.

How ? can teach me?

Ever use lagless before?

Install everything, lagless, and proxifier, and add resgitry.

Then use LA1's proxy much faster. As US server ip is in the northern region, get those at the top nearest would be LA, as i try Dallas also bit slow.

LA is still currently the best yet.

not to say not possible.. depends what time u play..

normally i get 228ms during midnite. 500 during weekends.

if 228ms with proxy, can get around 150ms++

I hardly had any lagness in crazy fights on nightmare

the current high ping 280-500ms not really affect me wor, still play smooth and fast

if wow need la, when go raid lag and dropout lol

depends how often u get a lag spike.. meaning sudden jump in latency..

sometimes its quite deadly especially fighting against large group of elites..

rubberband back to the mobs when i wanna run lol~

yes for some ppl proxy is needed .

latency 100+-ms form malaysia to US . this more look like the gimmick form tunneling services provider. to attract more people

No need to be BOSS of lagless also can get 100+ms, if you know how, and based on your CONSTRUCTIVE comments, i kinda doubt your level of knowledge.

Bro, i tired your proxy list, the MS is rather high compare to lagless, thats why i stick to lagless.

Probably is my problem, im not sure. Always on brown / yellow, never green.

Or maybe test users gets a certain speed on your server ? :-) hahaha just joking bro.

we away encourage our cust to test before buy . latency is something that hard to predict . it really depend on your isp, location , cabling .etc

Can you show us the diablo3 config/printscreen where 100ms? maybe it asia server? Asia is possible.

If it really true, i might change proxy provider.

Tried using that to play D3 in my office, instead of green latency(I hope), I get more stable 280 - 400ms with your service. Going to try at home later and hoping that I'll be able to get below 250ms

You can edit the ruling yourself bro.

You can add diablo III exe into the ruling.

If im not mistaken, the port is 1119 for in game, but you can try to not put specific port in the ruling. Just put all.

BNET connecting is different and collecting char list is different.

I would suggest you not to use putty and proxifier when connecting. Connect to bnet using your normal connection 1st.

Once in char screen, alt tab out, on putty connect to la1 or la2 US West ( if i rmbr correctly ), then on proxifier.

Once your connected, go back to Diablo, and click Auction House. Once Auction House dialog box is out, alt tab back out.

Proxifier will be at the bottom right ( near your clock ), if there is a blue graph going up and down, meaning your ruling has taken affect and there should be no problem.

You can double click the box to confirm and you can see Diablo 3 at the top screen inside the Proxifier dialog box.

As ping latency is vary depending on connection, time, weather and stuffs which will definitely affect it, but none the less it will help a bit though IMO.

So far no lag / freeze screen / delay on my connection. On VIP5.
