For some weird reason, the auction house is being very fickle. When I search for weapons and armour, it gives me a completely empty auction house. Sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesn't.

my auction no one buys/bid at all.. i think it's going to like that for the whole month

Because the US region's AH is exploding with items.

Real Money auction house is not open yet.

I put up 10 auctions last night, 6 sold out in 2mins.. @@.. sometimes if AH gives u problem u need to relog.. I couldn't create auction once, then relog fixed it

whao, i create 3 and all 3 are still there after 12hours

Sold like 10 rare items on AH so far, all buyout... think I should have put a higher buyout price lol

yeah i put all rare items only.. good stats and reasonable pricing lol

Starting prices I put vendor price + 15%. Buyout I put 2k.
My rares are all lvl 15 below.

I remember level 15-18 rares i put around 8k-10k gold

lv22-26 rares i put 15k-20k

only sell those with above average stats though, lame stats i salvage all

Good pointers on rare item price. Got a lot that I don't want due to lack of MF lol

i think level 1x items i sold had like maybe 1 or 2 types of 20+ stats or 2-4 dmg..
then those 25 above items all had 1 or 2 types of 40++ stats at least
something like that, i guess items with magic find % sells better too

I sold more than 10 items in AH. I think the items that you're selling is not rare or too overpriced..

RMAH to be released on 23/5/2012.

Currently all runing GAH. I bought few ultimate items with cheap price there, dirt cheap.

I've found a topic on the Diablo forums saying the AH is bugged. Sometimes it just can't access the database and it shows it as empty. I'm on north america by the way.

I think it's just that the AH is extremely laggy. That's why sometimes it shows items, sometimes it does not.

just a wild guess

i normally will use buyout, if buyout too high then i will just skip to the next item, normally ppl will use buyout cause they can use the item instantly, if you set buyout price too high, ppl will forced to use bid and bid they can only use the item days later which normally ppl dont want to wait, so they will just ignore the item most of the time.

mostly bidding is for those uber tier items.. no people would be 'smart' enough to bid for a lower-mid tier item since they're easily replaced, unless it is really underpriced
