I'm not giving any rating as I, to be honest, did not play the 1st game. D2 played halfway only.

And the thing that attracts me in D3 is the RMAH. brows.gif $_$

Yeah RMAH rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif Blizzard make it straight to the point, just use money to buy whatever eq u wish to unlike other online games which need to top up their credit then buy some cash shop thing to sell and gain in game money.Turn here turn there also this word only $$$

But for mmorpg, guild wars 2 should be superior than diablo 3 on most of the part right?, plus guild wars2 only start from US$60.00.

d3 more simpler though.

last time I check blizzard website with my account, because it is Malaysia address, the price for diablo3 is more than US60. (so i feel that it not worth that price. I dunno why they want to charge more for SEA region.) Plus now blizzard take so much commission from money item trading. 15% per trade then later cashout to paypal another commission again. (Too greedy) So I totally not buying this diablo3. For US60 I feel that guild wars 2 more worth in gameplay/content/story. The only things guild wars 2 lack off will be no real money item trading.

well, because now blizzard is activision blizzard mah. so they charge more for asia region i also dunno why.

for auction house fees, 15% is taken by blizzard, the paypal transfer fees that one we have to bear it ourselves. that one is paypal ambil one.

well i love both so i bought both.

yalah, but for some ppl want to earn money from auction house, if blizzard take 15%, paypal take another part, that almost higher than any trading tax in the world.

So for your diablo3, you register US address? if not it will show like US80 in our region. We can't buy US region if our address is Malaysia.

well, that is correct. very high taxes.
for now, i just level up to level 60, then see how fast i can make gold, farm rare items etc.
see if the time versus potential income is worth it or not etc.

for my battle.net account, it was residence country malaysia when i played starcraft 2.
then i changed it to USA before diablo 3 pre purchase available.

i bought diablo 3 for usd59.99 with residence country USA.

then i learned that need sms protect authentication in order to cash out with paypal.
so i submit support ticket, attached my malaysia IC to have my residence country changed back to malaysia, permanently.

so if i wanna buy any future blizzard games from battle.net i have to pay extra liao.

Actually 15% after sales tax for me i think is quite reasonable rather than 5% tax then they implement monthly fee.At least u pay 1 time for the games and hunt when ever u free and sell it in gold or real money way more better than alot self claim F2P game out there but in the end spend more than P2P game.Am i right? icon_rolleyes.gif

I also want to know. Think of buying this game. I played Diablo 1 and 2 during my uni day. That was more than ten years ago when it first came out. The replayability of D2 was very high. My favourite character was Amazon. Those who play D3 please give some comments. Thanks.

there is certain thing u won't like in gw2 though.. free to play model means there is a cash shop to make them money.. and people will spend eventually..
however it'll be a great game.. there's really no point/arguments comparing this 2 games.. i'll be playing both myself

The Harry_Pontek says this... If you are D1 and D2 fan, you might not enjoy this game as the atmosphere no longer gothic, creepy and scary. You no longer have the ability to customize your hero and GOSH!!!!! You need constant internet connection.

If you did not play D1 and D2 before, then you might love this game. The Harry_Pontek play this game with open mind and so far still ok but a lot of his friend rather eat crab than playing this so called crabby game. The Harry_Pontek says this..... Go and get yourself the guest pass and try it out. If you like it, then go and buy it.

diablo 3 is an action massively multiplayer online role playing game (action mmorpg) with 4 players max per co op session so yes constant internet.

anyway, haters gonna hate.

so,
people who love diablo 3 will say it is worth it.
people who hate diablo 3 will say it is not worth it.
