Just now went to cc but this cc dun have dota2 so I play dota. We losing and whole team left except me then enemy also left except 1 centaur. They already broke mid liao. I was pa but team left me little item and gold while he centaur full item. I keep tryig like 10 times cannot kill centaur. His item is shoes,complete dominator(cannot rmb that item name),radiance,blademail,butterfly, and one more item I cannot rmb. I managed to farm shoes,complete dominator,battlefury,lothar(left by teammate), basher,bkb. <<< still cannot kill him even with basher so I sell basher and lothar for 2 butterfly still cannot kill.
When we fight he will open blademail + his additional third skill that's why I buy bkb but only can last til few secs.after bkb finish, his blademail also finish but he still got his third skill. Disadvantage is pa hp so low mine was 2000 and his hp was 3000+ and his dmg 100+300 plus.
His third skill+blademail+radiance burning+ his 400 plus dps+his stun how can I win?
I playing dota 7 years and when pa full item basically invincible til today. I'm still in shock pa(late game god hero) cannot 1v1 with a tank.....Zzzz
What's worst is that centaur kept lc me say def la, still cannot ar?, try again, lapsap....<<<I kept quiet whole game no reply and he talk non stop.
I think should email icefrog change centaur third skill Lolz
Dota 2 have centaur yet? I haven't tried all heroes in dota2 yet

No Centaur Warchief. I still think Mercurial(Spectre) when farmed until Radiance (20mins) with 2nd skill is one of the most OP characters.

Still no idea wtf's with the pokemons thing.

tough luck...basically i once owned 4 ppl with a full item PA...2 v 4 games back in GG...i was lich...there was a leaver PA..wat i did was complete outrageous...since everyone left...the item can be used by anyone..i throw all item give PA and my lich at base def..i play PA..all the way in GG them...was the most satisfying game ever in my life..opponent LC me summore...satisfaction...

and yea about centaur...u can wait for him to open blade mail first...or u urself can get a blademail...see who die first..lulz...

why you hit him while he open his blademail? lol.. just play hit and run.

take note of pimpkarp, dratini and slowpoke when you play. haha

Yeah I though of getting blademail also but centaur hp so high, he sure can tahan his own dmg plus he will also turn on his complete dominator(again forgot what's the name of that item)
Pa agility hero so hp lower is already lose by half lo

when I had lothar beginning I use it the Second he open til it's finish then I come out hit him still failed due to his third skill plus his dmg against my low hp.
I fight him like 3 times run back and forth to heal at fountain while his heart instant recover when I come fight again.
Lothar wasn't suitable item so eventually I sold it for a butterfly...

Still saddings over that match

Buriza + Assault Cuirass can hurt the centaur like hell, i think

Assault cuirass can increase my att speed but the more important factor here is that...the more it hurts him is gonna hurt me more even if I wait til his blademail finish, his third skill and his own dmg enough finish me...

buriza does not add to pa ulti. it has its own critical.

Hmmm then how does it calculate?
Let's say pa dmg is 200
So normally with her ult is x4 so it's 800
With buriza is it:
800x2.5=1600
or
800+(200x2.5)=1300
???

Item effect does not stack in DOTA. Same goes to stuff like damage block etc.

Let say if you are using PA/Skele King, you got crits on your skill and you purchase buriza/daedules. The one which you obtained the last, will come in 1st place, the other in 2nd place. This means if your PA got buriza after skilling any level of ulti, your buriza is consider the latest, which will be placed 1st. You can overwrite this by leveling your ulti or if you want buriza to be always 1st in place, you just drop to floor and repick it after you skill your ulti.

The point of having 1st place is when you deal an attack, it will check if buriza crits hit(using psedo-random algorithm), if it doesn't then it will move to 2nd place one which is your ulti and check if it crits. If your buriza crits came out, it won't check your ulti which means your attack will carry the crits damage buriza deals.

This is consider kinda pointless sometimes if your buriza hits, because your ulti which is more powerful become useless. So if you want buriza to be useful, skill ulti after you got buriza which makes it always check your ulti then only buriza so buriza is your insurance if your 15% ulti fails.


For items like if you have buriza and crystalys, I not so sure but if not mistaken, it ignores the which one you got first rule and it uses item slot. The one in the highest item slot will be in 1st place, others in 2nd place.

i think it never trigger critical when skill crit triggered... or wise versa.

that's why PA need life leech for more survivability... or need other nuker to damage centaur lol...

not sure poison type damage (or so on the hp reduce damage) will reflect by blademail or centaur skill or not hmmm....

Agito666- but but but after today I officially downgrade pa's Late game god status cuz it proves pa cannot kill anyone with full item. Previously I though only few heroes like naix wolf etc are close match with pa...
I can't think of any other item strategy that can kill centaur in that game.....hmmm how bout divine,lifesteal,3x butterfly?

Magic skill have no reflect back from centaur Return's skill

If you have no core item as PA, shouldn't aim CW 1st though..Squishy killing is the way to go to play PA

Buriza cannot increase pa ult. used to watch my friend played pa, it seems critical strike appear more often than usual

I know but that game my whole team left first then enemy team left also so it became me pa vs centaur.
No other help and target...
His team already break my mid before they left so I was having hard time defending 3 lanes while he plays around with me

if I hex him then his return dmg skill shouldn't work while I hit him with my 2x butterfly attack speed?
What u guys think? If lucky enough ,critical come out 3-4 times during his hex status then should be enough

Do double stout shields stack? I've seen many junglings buy two. Since dota 1. Couldnt be bothered to know before but since everyone's asking questions now might as well lol

3. Stacking Damage Block - When our hero has more than one damage block source...

Only one Damage Block can proc/trigger at a time. The last acquired damage block is checked first of all, if it doesn't proc only then the next one is checked.

Items counts as acquired when they are picked up and abilities counts as acquired when you learn the first level of the ability (any subsequent leveling will not make the ability count as re-acquired).
The chance that any of the sources you have which provides damage block will trigger follows a diminishing stacking pattern as can be seen by the generic damage block formula.
The following formula is used to calculate the chance that any source you have will trigger:

Chance to block = 1 - [(1-X)*(1-Y) ...]

{X, Y, ... } are replaced with the percentual chance that the source will trigger described as a decimal value.

Examples:
A. If you buy a Vanguard first and then level Kraken Shell , the damage block from Vanguard will never trigger coz Kraken Shell (with 100% chance to proc) was the last acquired Hardened Skin Skill. But you can drop and repick the Vanguard so it becomes the last acquired damage block item and would be checked first for damage block.

B. Let us suppose you complete a Vanguard and then buy (an additional) stout shield. The last acquired Hardened Skin here is Stout Shield so it will be checked first for damage block. Your hero will have:
-> a 60% chance to block 20/10 damage if the wielder is melee/ranged.
-> a 28% (70% of remaining 40%) chance to block 40 attack damage.
[So, basically you're at a loss here. Drop the Vanguard and pick it up again to make it the last acquired item.]

C. How will 2 Vanguards stack with each other?

If your hero has 2 vanguards, your chance to block 40 damage is 91% = 70% (last acquired Vanguard procs) + 21% (70% of remaining 30% if the last acquired Vanguard does not proc but the other one does)

Note that in NO case 80 damage will be blocked (a common misconception).

• Return causes damage when the enemy begins an attack, not when their attack hits.
• This ability damages anything that attacks the Warchief, including towers.

You still get return damage even you hex-ed him. I probably go with assault which reduce incoming dmg from return and a satanic,probably more than enough to ignore this skill. Also this skill is based on his strength, not the damage you dealt. You can deal 10k damage in 1 hit, he still return the same damage according to skill and str.
