guys i bought the yak courier and equipped it at backpack but it doesnt show in game, what happened?

i think you need to enable it before game starts. or maybe u have to be the one buying the courier???

you have to be the one to activate the courier, other people can buy.. but as long as you activate it.

you need to equip the donkey to all your heroes. before the game starts, during hero pick, you can customize and equip.

hey dude I think what you have to do is not equip it from the backpack. instead do this:

1. go to customize > loadout
2. pick any hero that has custom items for it and click customize
3. in the new page, click on 'show non-hero items'
4. in the courier window just equip it

when you buy a courier during the game, it will show even though you used a different hero from the one you equipped it on (same method I used to make my Juggernaut Announcer work )
