1) How do you obtain such clear and sharp image?
2) Is there anything i can adjust in my Olympus EP3 with kit lens (14-42mm) to get this outcome?

i didnt do anything to obtain such pic, this is the original jpeg file i gotten straight from my camera. and it was shot with a 50mm at f2.0.

hmm i am not sure about olympus though. probably you cant get such shallow DOF with the lens.
