did u used the same anthrax kernel (for sense 4) that we all used for vipers v1.1.0? or did you download a new one specifically for sense 4.1?

In fact, anthrax v3.1.8 can be used for both Sense 4 and 3.6 without issues. By the way, new anthrax should be coming soon.

Running ViperS 1.3.0 on Anthrax 3.4.3, so far smooth and no problem. But I notice phone is warmer now. Battery temp shows average 34C, i think. Increased to 37.5 after running cpu stability test at 1296MHz for 15 minutes. What is your normal battery temp?

Back when I used faux, the phone is always cool, except when charging. Sometimes battery temp shows 13C.

battery life is much worse with anthrax 3.4.3. battery temp always above 32 C when idle, will increase to 36-37 C when used for 10-15 minutes and the phone will feel warm. is it because i'm using stock firmware? my phone is still S-ON. i haven't install anthrax 3.4.4 but i doubt it will fix my battery issue. any suggestion? i'm going back to yank's kernel for now.

I have just installed Anthtrax v3.4.5. Made a few changes via the included Kernel Tuner app, so far so good

Anthrax v3.4.6 is out, but I haven't got the time to try it yet.

So far my experience with Anthrax v3.4.5 is excellent. The included Kernel Tuner app allows a lot of tweaks, making SetCPU redundant for me. I changed the ondemandx governor settings to use values from badass governor. now my phone seems to be cooler and not having awful battery life anymore. CPU scaling also works as intended i.e. 2-phase frequency works like it should.

Wont happen, I think.

Yes I tried the 24/9 version, UI is very smooth, but I didn't use it long enough to try the browser. Had it for a few hours, but when i restarted the phone it was stuck at HTC white screen, so had to manually flash boot.img to fix it. This might be due to my phone is still S-ON, so i don't think i'll be trying cm10 again any time soon... In the mean time i'm using HyperNonSense 3.5, with Nova Launcher and Anthrax. UI is smooth, though not as smooth as CM10, and much more free ram than ViperS. I will be using this rom for a few days, liking the minimalistic look

try flash ext4 from your pc using fastboot.

your device still s-on right? can't flash firmware (pg58img) from bootloader if still s-on.

btw latest antutu score, with vipers 1.3.5 and faux kernel is 8060, lol wtf

v1.3.5 is supposed to fix the problem with fb. did you do full wipe before installing 1.3.5?

i've been using 1.3.5 with faux, so far no problems. temple run brave etc. i think faux has very low battery usage during standby, but somewhat high when using the phone.

BTW does anyone else here use Liam Stears' Venom Theme? I want to download it, but I can't open the website

trying hypernonsense 3.5 for real this time. using nova launcher prime. heaps of free ram, highest free ram was around 330, but usually hovers around 200-250, with supercharger, very light minfree, zram and 256 swap. on faux 010b2 192-1188MHz, smooth UI but i miss the "bling2"sense widgets

One S will receive jellybean this month. Since our ViperS is ported from Ville C2 (Htc One S S3 version), hopefully when the JB RUU for One S is released it will be ported to our sensation. Hopefully...
