Any sign of issue 8 in KL? So no sign of issue 7 in Penang.

You didn't go to Allscript to get issue #7? Issue #8 haven't came out yet AFAIK.

Too lazy to drive 20+ km just to get 1 model as issue 12 ctc was not out last Sat.. Bro in law say dat are pretty jam some more.

Finally managed to get FAC Issue 7 from Popolar Gurney Plaza. It is indeed one oily harrier. Hopefully issue 8 is F18 and not Camel.

hope tmrrw issue 8 arrive..can pick up along with CTC issue 12..

Erm guys, if I'm not mistaken last time you guys were discussing on the topic of the planes are covered with oils. Just got my issue #7 yesterday, and yeah it's oily as well. What gives?

Is it? These parts from diecast wo, not molding. Futhermore, the paint process should be later process.

Yup, Fubar is right... I think it's to keep the planes from rusting. Can't be from machining... I tell you when I first out my red baron, it was like pools of oil on the wings. I just left it out in the open to let the oil gets evaporated a bit more.
