try to contact your state FA.... generally to get a C License is easy and widely available... this licensce train and qualify you to coach youth and academies...

but if you mean to be assitant coach at profesional teams, you have to get B licence and if you want to become head coach of ala Alex Ferguson, you must get A license.. which is very tricky.... even football legends thinks twice to get that...
