yes, ur region depends on your battle.net address. but you can still play in other region.

Since my battlenet account is Malaysia address, shouldn't the Region is America? (IF the region is not bound to the cd country)

My main concern is RMAH .. if i use EU region to play us server, I can't use RMAH to sell my things...

your RMAH will be on US server only, since ur address is Malaysia.

just buy it if there is ready stock which is not too expensive. its depends on the country you registered in battlenet, the cdkey didnt affect anything. i just receive my CE from Amazon by today. it cost me usd120, postage and sales tax included, dont know still can get tax refund from them or not.

if so how come the guess pass i use shown REGION: EUROPE ?

or guess pass is different?

you can connect to any server. but the default server and RMAH depends on battle.net address. same thing applies to guest pass, I guess. but guest pass cannot access RMAH.
maybe the EU on guest pass because the CE u bought is EU version.
