so far i've seen bow is like in between xbow n dual wield.

xbow = low speed but high dmg (not dps, DMG), when crit, the numbers r high! best used wif high weapon dmg % skills like bola shot last rune
bow = in between xbow n dual wield
dual wield = high speed but low dmg, high crit chance, i like to use wif hungering arrow, the last rune, when crit will AoE for 50% dmg

dual wield is nice when u got tanker, u juz stand there n spray.
most of the time i hav to hit n run so i would choose a slow xbow. drop trap, run, shoot 1-2 time, drop trap, run

for who plan to play cri DH.
better use slot bow. i tested non-slot xbow. i sell it after testing.
