Rapid fire is overrated.The hatred to dmg ratio for me at least is not worth it as you need to stand still and have someone to tank.
Impale is more reliable imho.

The way Im playing now is get in get out with vault+evasive fire, supporting the team with aoe stun through torturous ground caltrops.
2sec aoe stun is so imba.

lightning bola+stun impale, coupled with lashing tail kick stun from monk = permastunned boss.

I think boar is for 1 player, where you got boar and hireling to tank for you while you hit from afar.
Other than that, its not very good.

There are more details for the skills (especially the weapon dmg scaling percentage) in the official site.
It says companion does 30% dmg (wolf does 60%), so pretty much not worth it other than keeping your enemy busy.

If you analyze it from dps pov, it does damage, which is arguably very offensive for a defensive skill, if you are "the best defense is good offense" kind of guy.

Late game dh needs lifeleech so desperately, either through skills or weapon properties.
If not, later when you face waller/vortex enemy will gg.

Invulnerable+health link elites = fuuuuuu...
demon hunter being a ranged hero cant do a damn thing.

the only workaround is fear, will temporarily break the invulnerability.

My dual handbow has lower dmg, but Im not that unhappy.
Currently stacking crit+attack speed+crit dmg to mitigate for the lack of raw dps.

My handbows averages at 500dmg, but with socket on both handbow, they have a max crit dmg potential of +200%, so I should be okay. ( I think? lul )

diablo is so addictive.

Nether tentacles are not primarily for the lifesteal, but mostly against bosses/huge enemies that can be hit by multiple instances of the tentacles.
Also great against those pesky elite who hides behind invulnerable minions.

Ya, the bat is for hatred regen.Some even went as far as 0 hatred regen skill with bat+some hatred regen gear(nether tentacles is that good), but for that you need to have 2 positioning skill+prep as a buffer for your hatred to fill up.

I prefer maxing out the dmg out put.

I wanna try to get my attack speed up to 3 per sec+33% crit.
See if I can get a permacrit.

Now sitting on 25% crit chance and 2.6 attack speed already so good.

They still didnt fix the issue of items being delisted from search after someone bids on it.

On one hand, was angry cos decreases my potential profit of my auctions.
But on the other hand, my bid on the bow that I want is now is in my hand cos it got delisted from search.mwahaha!

Try searching for items that you have bid.You might get lucky too being the only one who bids before it get delisted.

I dont know about decent, but currently working towards it.

You need to remember, dual wield always gives better crit,better attack speed and better effect on proc chance.
Sharpshooter and archery is a must.

So never lose out on +attack speed on your bows and preferably dual wield socketed weapons so that you can boost your crit by +200% endgame.
Both my handbow have +15% ias, 2% stun chance (total 4%) and have sockets. hehe

Btw, there is a bug where if you dual wield, the +attack speed wont properly calculated.
you need to check whether or not you get the right attack speed boost.

You can fix it by simply re equipping your bows.

I was too confident.Turns out you cant dual wield the same legendary.
Now need to resell and get a new bow.

Just a heads up for those who eyeing to stack dual legendary rings too.You might not be able to do so too.

Ive read some post on the official forum saying that bonuses from gems dont effect weapon on the off-hand, but it does.
Tried it myself with both ruby and emerald.

Ppl also said +attack speed on the offhand doesnt work.
I tried it, and it does.(no attack speed bonus vs attack speed bonus offhand wielding)

Seems like everyone trying to undermine dual wielding.

Feel alone dual wielding dh on inferno.

But I wont give up, not at least until I got half of my full dual wield dream set.

Reflect dmg on inferno is just with my dh.

Most ppl lost faith in putting any defensive stats and they all went glass cannon.
Theory crafters on the other hand are banking on stacking vit+ reduced dmg from melee/ranged on top of res and armor.

Either way requires a lot of farm.

...until RMAH comes.
