Dear milky, your problem :-

Amulet don't have CriDmg, Dex and AttSpeed.
Belt's dex not high enough.
Boot don't have movement speed.
Bracer's dex not high enough.
Glove don't have CriDmg / CriChance.
Helm don't have CriDmg / CriChance.
Ring's AttSpeed and dex not enough.
Quiver don't have Max Disc and Cridmg/CriChance.
Shoulder's dex not high enough.
Chest armor need 3 sockets.
Upgrade your Gem.
Most important. Your weapon DPS very very low.

Better if have both together. If your Crichance too low like base 5% then you might wanna add it a little.

Max Discipline .. Found in chest armor and quiver.. Best to spam smokescreen so you don't die often..

Chest armor you can find +50dex +50vit +8 max discipline +3sockets.. then buy some +46 emerald and put 3pcs..

Reflect dmg is tricky. Milky has about 20k hp when I checked with about ~50k dps (assuming it's with sharpshooter). Use pots + smoke screen to take it down. The dmg output shouldn't be too great that it will 1hko you. This is only a big problem if you are a pure glass cannon with like 9k hp with insane damage output. If that's the case, you're probably left with SS. But when you're a glass cannon with insane dmg, you shouldn't need to kite too much. Just keep SS + preparation. With 48/50 discpline, you should be able to SS quite a while. If still insufficient, kite by vaulting + running with tactical advantage speed bonus. Repeat till you have your discpline charged. Be prepared to die though. Sometimes, even if you did everything right, you will still die due to lantency issue especially with vaulting. But I find this build best suited for a budget DH. You could get by inferno without spending even 1 million. That is not to say you wouldn't die alot. But once you've acquired enough practise and keep caution, you should be able to survive a good amount of time without dying much killing good amount of elites/champion. Of course it's a different story if you encounter mobs with affix like invulnerable + fast + reflect = gg.

Glass Canon is the term used for any class that deals a lot of damage, a.k.a Canon, but at the same time, can not take any hits, a.k.a Glass.

SS = Smoke Screen

That ability makes you invisible for 1 second. Extendable to 1.5 seconds with the Rune. While Invisible, you can attack as normal, but will not take any damage.

When you play kite, what do you do?

You hold on the string and run around while the kite follows you.
In this example, to kite a mob is to attack the mob at the same time keep a distance.

You can do this by dropping traps to slow them down, or using Ice Arrows etc. The moment they come close to you, use a skill to keep a safe distance such as Vault etc.

have to pumped up my hp ady.. I cant afford to die everytime when face elite and champion luL!

But but dying too much is damn frustating sometime. At least get to at least hp that can survive the particular mode.

DH no need tank so much because has a lot of dodging skill like SS and vault.
If your DH can take 3 hits in inferno then consider yourself owning already.

Purchased some upgrades today. HP dropped from 46k to 32k though
