Nope.

All resist same as Armor.

But all resist have priority in dmg reduction calculation.

eg, 100 DMG from enemy,

real dmg = 100 DMG - All Resist % - Armor %

that is why 1 all resist = 10 armor.

This is wrong. The only correct thing is that 1 resist = 10 armor. Resistance and armor are multiplicative, that is why people keep their resistance and armor at a 10:1 ratio.

And do you really NEED an entire thread to discuss your gear? There's a Demon Hunter thread you know.

Bro, this math terms might out of your understanding.

why all resist 10x greater than armor?

because in damage reduction calculation,

all resist count 1st.

let said you have -50% reduction all resist , and -50% reduction from armor

10000 DMG - 50% = 5000DMG ( so all resist reduce 5000 DMG )

5000DMG - 50% = 2500DMG ( Armor reduct 2500 DMG )

as i said, go read my post about relation with armor vs alresist..

If this was true, then resistance and armor would be at a ratio of 1:2. Not 1:10. Here's a funny thing about the maths you did. See what happens when I swap armor and resistance around?

10000DMG - 50% ARMOR = 5000DMG (so armor reduce 5000DMG)

5000DMG - 50% RESISTANCE = 2500DMG (so resistance reduce 2500DMG)

See what I did there?

Armor and resistance are MULTIPLICATIVE. When something is multiplicative, there is no priority given to either one of the values.

There are spreadsheets and data points and lots of research already done on General Discussion. I've read them, and I can safely tell you that you are wrong. I'm sorry.
