if magic find stack up till 100% means every drop from monster will be a magic items and above?

yeah, dps is important. but do not over focus on dps til fully ignore other stats like vit.

Try put some resist and armor in your eq, then you will see some difference.

Right now, I have 16k hp, but can tahan about 2-3 hits before kong. Now killing elites is alot easier (unless those invulerable ones)
