At entry lvl 1h xbows it isnt worth it cause you will need good stats and socket on the xbow to break even, which will often cost u an arm and a leg, whereas a good quiver off the AH which gives 15% atkspd bonus (same as DW bonus) costs u just a fraction of that.
It's more common for builds highly based on crit and using stuff like HA with the final rune which relies on critting alot for aoe dmg.
That and the extra discipline u can get off 1H xbows that arent available on 2h Xbows and Bows.

Sweet! Is the lifegain from Shadow power activated the same as Nether tentacles?

As in if you deal 1 damage(from NT) you gain 1 life from (Shadow power) and 1 life from NT ?

Hmm as far I could udnerstand the 1.03 changes to Demon Hunter skills ;

Grenades : Stun Grenade - 25% Chance to Stun enemies for 1.5 seconds. Would this be applicable regardless of Difficulty? As in Inferno or Normal = Same?

Also Caltrop Jagged Spikes now only stack 10 times on a single target would mean anything more then 10 caltrops where the enemy step on will not damage it?

I may have understand it wrongly lol

Maybe is like this: a DH hunter stand at the same spot and spam 10 caltrops at the same spot, so is like when a monster (elite or boss preferably  tongue.gif ) once kena the traps, the monster is consider kena 10 caltrops (max) at the once.

55% damage x 10 caltrops, plus 60% slow, assume a monster stucked for 2 sec to get out from the caltrops, means 550% x 2 sec = 1100%.

but spamming 10 caltrops need 60 disc, normal DH only have 35 disc, unless using "perfectionist" plus preparation.

Well its possible to stack 10 caltrops with Suppression fire rune passive that critical grants chance to restore 1 disc.

Thanks for your calculations, I believe the 11th caltrop will not slow nor damage the target ?
