I was wondering why u said critical 1m above..
now i know the reason, after u posted the ss for the weapon. actually, it is the effect for that weapon. it only happen on last hit before the mob die. because it is the effect for > SLAIN ENEMY REST IN PEACE. u try to observe, see whether my statement is true. only will happen on last hit before mobs die.
