But, the attack speed of both weapon might differ so choose the faster one.

I just did a quick search in AH with 50k you can get 865 DPS damage weapon - 2 handed.

Yes. Item searched are scaled according to your level. But if you did indicate what level of item you're searching, it will find the indicate level weapon.
