those who complain that wizard cant play at all in hell/inferno must be those who r forever alone? if u have two more company you wont have problem playing!

i got question, is int very important for wizard ? it seem increasement by int can increase a lot attack

of course!! damage + int% + skill% = total damage output!!

sigh i cant solo inferno after the wiz nerf

any wiz able to do solo inferno butcher or later act? please share your build and your stats, need advices now

I do ,but not all the time. I don't like to be a sitting duck when company has real life to attend to and coincidently I have time on my hands

i usually play with friends but only in act 1 inferno for farming....beyond that mobs become too strong....4 ppl party it bcomes too damn hard in act 3...1 white mob is like a boss

Not sure but i think if the monster hit u more than 24k dmg u will die straight. Force armor Only works between 35% to 99% of ur hp. Correct me if iam wrong.

Oh gee please. No one says that its not playable to play wizard in hell or inferno.

It is a waste of time to heavily kitting on every act just so you could clear Inferno. Plus, even if you do clear the inferno level what's next?

So yeah, the priotize here is to farm for good equips, sells it and = profit. There's no point in clearing inferno as a wizard now (now that its very heavily depending on kitting) just to 'brag about it'.

If you're so keen on kitting, might as well use a Demon hunter, since they have double your damage, with huge critical rate + better at kitting then wizard.

Coming from a guy who play in a party of 4 from Normal to Inferno that consist of a full tank Barbarian, a support monk, a carry demon hunter and full spec wizard.

Practise your kitting. The key to playing Wizard in inferno is to never get a hit. Or, you could try going for VIT+Regeneration+INT build. This is better.

Also for me I no longer priotize Force Armor after the nerf. I would prefer to go for Prismatic as it give good bonuses especially it goes well with your High vit + armor.

You need damage for Hell Act 3 my friend. What level are you? You can easily get 500 dps weapon at level 57+ or 800-1200dps weapon at level 60.

Just one arcane orb able to obliterate all the mobs. Even gold will die if you just use Diamond Armor (go for the first rune) and use arcane + signature constantly or just normal attack.

So yeh just saying that..if your priotise is getting items over completing Inferno, put your wizard to rest now. That just me. But if you still want to go on and Solo wizard in inferno, go ahead. Its playable and it is definitely possible.

now my int only 1.4k , but my dps 16k ._. .. like not equal one zz

this morning, slayed Diablo at Nightmare... very hard... my wizard build is very weak...
1.3k armor, 1k attack and 20k life.... retried a lot of time... finally have to use elective mode to play...

diamond skin (15k), ice nova or smth, force wave, chill aura and ice hydra(my right click)...

Very long.. basically my hydra did the job.. i just walk walk walk to avoid his bone prison...

whao! 1k attack kill diablo?!

lol... all the skills i choose is more to disable him and let my hydra attack..
Of course i got shoot him with my magic missile.. but i think will be insignificant though.. lol

And it took a long long time.. haha

Just started Act 2 Hell.. its easy to kill mobs but easy to die too haha >_>

but u got high damage, at least kill them faster ..mine currently surviving a bit good in Hell Act2 ..noob player here
