Who can permafrost monster and at the same time damage enemies like a boss? We're like floyd Mayweather or Prince Naseem, no enemies can touch us.

his EB (chain reaction) is like machine gun. Too rapid.

how about using living lightning to substitute storm chaser? I mean i heard the proc rate for it is insane. Since most damage does comes from the EB with chain reaction rune skills, it does seem viable. Add on with slow time with either time warp or stretch time, i think its great? Not to mention if i have lightning stun passive skill.

lets be honest, we dont really use storm chaser to damage enemies.

yup it was nerfed but i see people still doing well with it. It's like no noticeable changes. It makes me wonder though.

if the upcoming rumor about ninja nerf ing the storm chaser is true, then....seriously i don't see anything to look at for the CM build unless they want your character to go way above 50% crit or back to basic wizard: kiting
