Dunno about 1.04, but the last 1.03 run with Davy123 A3 ended in vein. Siegebreaker is easy with his still-work freezing, try to push to Azmodan but with the elites blocking the path, very scary even only surrounded by tons of scorpion...

Proc rate of the famous CM/WW twister had drop from 0.25% to 0.125%. The chance to successfully crit with wicked wind dropped 1/4 fraction. What happens when your proc rate drops is that crit rate drops, APoC drops, cooldowns longer, slow DSkin FNova EB spamming, LoH drop. In short les survivability and less dps. But according to wat the forums said, if you have 43%cc+ and 1.6aspd, you dont feel much change than pre-1.04

Anyway, archon seems the most viable build now but u need to be a multimillionaire to run that build. Needs high armor, high resist, high LS, high crit chance and crit damage.

I've been Archon since forever, so the CMWW nerf didn't affect me. Act 3 is now as hard as the old Act 1. I can now burn thru everything, although I can still die to Moloks and Reflect Damage stuff.

Gotta hate having 5 Moloks landing in your face and shooting fireballs right at you.

Siegebreaker is sadder than ever. Couldn't even touch me before he died.

gonna try act 3 again after 2 month hiatus! hopefully can get thru

Archon is one of the best skill for wiz
or maybe one of the best skill in d3
use it to farm act3 since patch103, quite effective compared to other combos i tried
somemore Blizzard buff it recently
sometimes(rarely but happened b4), 1 arcane destruction KO whole pack of act3 elites LOL
