I'm still wondering if staff is better than wand (or vice versa) , the DPS difference is quite obvious. In diablo3 forum some even use 2 hand axe

and btw do you guys could stand and disintegrate in harder(inferno / hell) mode? I found myself running / kiting all the time when solo-ing of course

Everyone on Reddit plus some other gaming forums are going on and on about the Wizard being nearly invulnerable with a few specific runes and spells. Problem is, half the runes needed for that to work is at level 40+/50+. What are you guys using at Level 3x running through Nightmare (if you're soloing)?

Also, for mercs, while the Templar seems the most cookie cutter for Wizards, would the CC of the Enchantress make for a viable alternative?

2 hand weapon are usually stronger then 1 handed. Unless you found a good 1 hand weapon with a strong DPS. Wizard need Damage over Int so more damage more powerful your spells will be. But never neglect your INT of course (:

You can use any weapon as long it is strong

But of course the wizard style is Wiz Hat + 1 hand staff + Source

i just wonder how you guys get to 6K dps @ lvl 51.

I am at LVL 52 and my dps only at 3K with 6 square topaz.

Depending on your primary stat, an increment of 100 dps in a weapon will yield nearly double your damage.

i can solo nightmare but Hell, damn how many times edi i die

Star pact. With 20 arcane passive - forgot the name. 3 Star pact drop vs 1 meteor drop (not worth it to get meteor)

attack speed 2.2..tons of attacks speed modifier.. electrocute + that lightning thing rune and paralysis passive skill can permastun enemies lol

Owh this is new for me. Mine elaborate I never touch this two skills. Any build for this?
