Please advise me on the minimum requirement to play this game. I meant the spects in laptop.

Is it an online or offline game.

I remembered in Diablo 2, we can play offline. So it is the same??

Please advise.

For those who wanted to know the super duper minimum spec to run Diablo 3:

I have tested on my laptop: i5-520m with Intel HD Graphic.
Setting:
800x600, everything else disabled or LOW. Smooth gameplay except part where you fight a big group of enemies. But I cant tell if that's actually due to the laptop or internet connection.

Im running it on my Macbook Air C2D 1.86 with GT320M.
Set all to low and run on a slightly lower resolution.
Just beat SK... No problems..
This game's requirement is very minimum but don't expect a 10 year old machine with old Intel integrated graphics to run it. Only the HD3000 runs it fine. Others do not.

Else, just create ISO file from the game DVD.. then mount using virtual CD/DVD software on the laptop.

If got external DVD drive, just plug into USB port of the laptop.

I'm using my extinct Dell Precision M2400 with the following specs;

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4ghz
Nvidia Qudro FX370m 256MB
4GB DDR2 RAM

Running 1024 x 768 = not bad! Graphics may be poor... but it's smooth to play!

9600GT + C2Q can play 1024x768 at medium settings. Prolly due to the 9600GT instead of the C2Q.

Next gonna try 1920x1080 on GTX460 in my alternate comp.

Mine is similar to yours except my GC is Mobility HD 3470 which should be lower than yours. All settings automatically selected by D3, I think all lowest setting except texture at high and no problem so far.

Pay little bit more for your own satisfaction and safety.

Lets you sleep soundly at night, rather then save the little amount and cracking your head if anything goes wrong.

Money are meant to be used to make you happy, not use and then not happy. :-)
