is LOH important on barb?

my build currently has no LOH and attack speed at all

using some 2 hand mace.

m thinking since i WW a lot no point having high attack speed.

ic. i nvr tot WW consider attack speed.

my tactic now is WW till no fury or low hp

then turn on ignore pain (ignorance bliss) to gain HP with warth of berserker to increase dmg

qeustion. if i stack 2 mace will my critical hit increase by 20% for weapon master

din have 2 mace wif me now . only 1 so cant try
