Nightmare or hell mode no need yet. Act 2 inferno onwards you might want to start looking for those items.

my 28k hp, 5k DPS lvl 55 barb can die quite easily against elites/champs in Hell Act 1, esp those arcane pew pew types.

I need a better 1h weapon, but can't find anything better than my 228 dps club, 186 Str, 165 ex, 111 Vit.

i got 10k dps 30k hp 400~ all resist but cant go thru Act 2

even beginning of act 2

1.dual weild

2.no shield

naw bro, just did AH check last nite, u put max buy out 100k, set prefered stats 60all resist min and prefered stats, got alot of rares decent ones sold, matter of choice

Against normal mobs and "normal" elites, no issues. It's those arcane and immolation/fire/magma types.
Oh yeah, my resist is like < 50 for all types.

50 all resist? you wont survive inferno arcanes and magma lol fo sho

even with my 400+ all resist back then with 300+ dmg weapon, i have to semi tank dmg and kite, avoid unnecasary tankings, use skills such as leap and furious charge to get out of these, more just move skill move skill, skills like molten and desecrator takes you out VERY quick, just dont tank em

Yup, need to do something about that resistance. 

when u search for items to buy in AH, set all resist mim value 60, max buyout 100k, you will get preddy much good deals, depends on availability of course, u dont need 70 per equip that much, im using all resist between 70-40 per equip, some dont even have resists in inferno.

tbh there is no EXACT number for resists, rather its a balance of your armor and all resist ratio, play around with it, balance it to your own liking

your main problem is you go dual wielding, but u severely lack armor AND all resist, remind urself you dont have shield, so you need those 2 to compensate MORE

2hander cant use shield right? can tank meh at inferno?

Just my opinion, Barbs don't stick well together when it comes to actual game. 
I find Barbs work extremely well with monk when it comes to melee.

yeah... but i prefer party DH for their damage.

the queen alone is not 'pain' to fight with. but her elite packs are indeed painfulllllllllll

elite are actually more powerful than bosses, since boss dont have random skills lol
