Any sifu barbs can give comments on how to improve survivability for my barb?

My Barb HERE

DPS is ok around 32k dps. Critting at 35% chance with 303% crits from equipments, skills, passive etc.

HP at 29k. Quite hard to survive because some still manage to one-hit me. The HP just drops too fast.
AR is around 500-600+ while Armor is 7.4k after buffing with War Cry.

Still kena die like toufu

btw: still doing OK at Act 2 BUT have to be very careful. Act 3 is totally gone case

So in order to sustain, I have to have LOH? Will Life regen helps?

In terms of HP, what's the acceptable rate? 40k? 50k?
Armor wise I donno how to pump further already.. zzzz.. unless get gears with even higher armor.

I will do the necessary for AR. Seems not enough.. My WD and Monk around 700+ also not enough

Yes i'm not afraid to admit that I'm indeed low on budget because total 5 Level 60 chars. Very hard to maintain

Thanks alot... Yeah.. Like what u said.. now survivability is an issue.. dun even talk about DPS yet

I'm worried that if i were to ditch crits and go back to "old school style" then the DPS would be just to low and whack until bored.. Just like my Monk, 21k dps can survive long but no crits no nothing.. just whack 10times on a normal enemy zzzzzz

Again.. balance is the key like all u sifus mention.. Crits built is just waaaay too expensive for me to afford

OK.. after much consideration and deaths... My Barb finally let go his ego and use shield now

Bump armor from 7k to 9k (with war cry buff). Better than nothing but still die Sommore with mace, the attack speed is not fast also
Dps dropped from 32k to 27k

So the shield is the ONLY item that can increase "chance to block" % ?
Any other items that can boost this %? I curi this shield from my WD's templar and let the barb use cos of the strength actually. Not really a good one.

I recently found a plan for Fine Exhalted Shield. U think I'll have better luck crafting myself?
