In act3n 4 honestly barb go for ww tornado LoH minimum 1800 around, last time I have 1500LoH in act3,4 still have problem (weak)

Hi bro im ply for ww also, for my opinion honestly if u need LoH minimum for ww tonordo 1800 LoH above no joke... armor minimum 6500,dmg reduction 70%around, AR 850-1000 c.chance buffed 40%-50% .c.dmg just try ur best build.... if u have this minimum state of ur gear sure u say inferno very easy...

Hit able said right I'm spend tornado ww gear really not cheap cos everything also need high level from ur gear ,if wan going barb normal style no problem... cost low...

Chchan if u wan build LoH first u get 400around in amulet ,further up ur weapon both 1hand have 700 around ,so u can get 1800LoH..

Lets talk about stats, a1,2 alot drop below 60level item
If go for a3,4 mostly drop 60level above, i cant say a1,2 wont drop level 60 see ur luck lol....

Hi bro im also one of ww tornado build but I'm not sifu here,for my opinion u find 2hand weapon c.dmg must have 150% around n LoH 1.5k around, cos ww need LoH High.... if have one or two socket is bonus



If u going for dual wielding both 1hand weapon must have 800LoH=1600LoH n c.dmg ..


If u find 1hand or 2hand the pack have str, dmg %,ASI %,no LoH, but have socket, tat is not a best choice for ww tornado build..

For ww build life steal %doesn't matter, like mine no life steal at all just focus LoH only....

Honestly really not cheap bro mine barb ww tornado now spend more then 200m dy. Tats y I just focus one character only, now I dont enough gold to spend my my character.... poor dy....

yesterday I sold one legendary bracer 15m only, when i show u tat day, not in half n hour sold dy so hotcakes.. ^^

Now I notice have alot player focus of legendary item now, but my situation focus loot legendary for sell

Hi bro well, ur gear for offhand sword or dagger doesn't matter now as long as u like ,u going for DPS the passive skill use weapon master add 10%dmg, if just ur gear have enough c.chance 27%around?

Cos if u have 27%c.chance in ur gear + ruthless 10%+ base 5% + battle rage (into the fray )3% buffed = 50%c. Chance. already perfect

Hence you can see, there are no diminishing returns.  As APS goes up, ticks per second increase in linear proportion. By themselves, cyclone hits aren’t a huge generator of damage (Whirlwind inflicts more of the direct damage), but cyclone ticks are most of the ballgame in terms of generating the Fury that powers WW, plus the crits for LoH to keep you alive, plus the crits that have other big effects like extending WOTB duration.  So stacking IAS/ASI pays big dividends until you reach whatever point you find gives you enough hits/crits from your cyclones, after which any further weapon speed stacking is gravy.

So you'll see that increasing the attack speed to the base speed of a weapon causes a linear increase to cyclone tick rates. So you can plan properly whether the 0.1 attack would allow you to gain ONE extra tick from the mini tornado. If none, then you are safe to plan that upgrade to a sword instead of a dagger.
