Those WW-Tornado barbs love this.

Curry has given you a good advice to increase your DPS.

I would like to give you a very different advice.
Just another option for you.
Move away your shield.
Sell it and get another good DPS weapon with 950+ LOH.
With 2 weapons, you have about 1900LOH.
Then, try to get another 400 LOH from your amulet and rings.

You will go dual wield with this build.
You will have at least 20K DPS. That is good enough for A3/A4 (especially after the patch & REND).
You will have 2200++ LOH too.
With such LOH + the skill REND, you can whack like a boss in A3/A4.

I did the same and I could just stand there and whack without kiting.
I got killed 1-2 times during the game (A3/A4) if there are 3-4 arcanes + fire + poison hit me simultaneously.

P/S Let's not forget, with LOH build, you can opt for WW-Tornado (IMO, I think it is the best build for barb, offensively and defensively)

P/S You have problem because you have half-baked LOH. 950 LOH doesn't give you enough impact.
Double your current LOH + another 400 LOH (you need at least 2200 LOH) to be a boss again.

lifesteal and LOH are different.
LOH are way more effective.

Why need to block?
I'm not saying you can't use shield & block.
If you need shield, at least, you need to increase DPS.

Basically we see 2 types of Barbs that do well in A3/A4.
Barbs with high DPS (with or without shield). With REND, they are like boss now.
Barbs with WW-Tornado, they kill monsters in bulk like boss.
Both builds are offensive type.

Barbs don't go defense anymore.

P/S I give you another option, Barb with high LOH (you need at least 2200LOH + 20K DPS).

P/S Just to give you an idea, with high LOH, I can kill Ghom without Overpower (CA). Just stand there and whack the fat fart.

Just a note, if you want to stick to shield and want higher DPS, you may need a total revamp of your gears.
Just as suggested by curry.
Weapon (with socket), helm, gloves, bracer, amulet, rings and even shield.

I heed your advice. I put a ruby in my helm and my XP grow fast now.

P/S But I lost almost 10K of HP. But still able to survive. It's ok as long as I can survive.

You have high DPS.
You have high LOH.
You have high HP.
You can go whirlwind like a boss too.
Even without WW+Tornado, you can still whack like a boss in arcane + poison + fire + gang-bang.

300+ STR

Yeap, Barb should help Barb.
Make a snapshot on the gears you want to sell.

I'll give my Barb a total revamp once my Wiz & WD complete Inferno.

They doubled it, as planned.

As amiranna pointed, stats wised, you are good enough.

As cheer83 pointed, as you are WW-Tornado Barb, you need high LOH.
Obviously you do not have enough LOH.

As you do not have enough LOH, you just play normal dual-wield barb.
I still believe you can clear A3 easily with your stats.

Wow... you are like fortune teller.
I sold my Manticore for 200M at AH.
After 15% reduction, I still got 170M.

I can't imagine those spent 200M D3 gold on gears (assuming they are not botters).
Just not me.

It's pure luck.
I'll use the gold to get a ring for my monk. To make her more imba against 3-4 arcanes.
And spend some gold on my WD and WZ.

People keep coming back since patch 104.
I think the price at AH reaches its all time high.

I just sold my boots for 5m yesterday.
I posted it at AH for 2m few weeks ago and it turned out no one wanted it.

Be patient... hold our horses.
We will get cheap items for our Barbs soon... real soon.

Yeap, generally you can just stand there and whack.

But need to be very careful as well. Sometimes molten+desecrator combo can really drain the HP fast.
And sometimes, you didn't aware you step right in the middle of arcane.

You want to follow his build? 13K DPS? Serious?

2 star rubies give you additional 800+ DPS, I think.

No people can play Inferno if you have problem with your 100K DPS.
Your build is good enough.

If you wanna go dual-wield + WW-Tornado, you need high LOH.
